These terms cover your use of the Eco Solar Panel Installation Company website, ecosolarpanelsbirmingham.co.uk. They don't cover work we carry out, which is agreed separately in writing before it starts.

Information on this site

The guides explain general rules on solar panels, planning, grid connection, tariffs and grants, with sources. They are general information, not legal, planning, tax or financial advice. Rules, tariffs and prices change, and your situation may differ, so check the source, your council or your supplier before relying on it.

Prices, generation figures and the calculator

Prices on this site are published figures from the named sources, shown as a guide to what is normal locally. They are not our quote. Generation figures come from PVGIS v5.2 and are typical-year estimates; real output depends on your roof, shading and the weather. The calculator places you within those published ranges and shows how it works. A job is only priced once we know what it involves.

Tools

The roof suitability check gives a likely answer from what you tell it. It can't see your roof, so treat the result as a starting point for a survey.

We link to sources such as the Energy Saving Trust, Ofgem, gov.uk, legislation.gov.uk, Birmingham City Council and National Grid Electricity Distribution. We aren't responsible for their content. Eco Solar Panel Installation Company is independent and is not part of, or endorsed by, any of them, including Switch Together Birmingham.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we don't accept liability for loss caused by relying on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
